Correct direction of the disc  

. In case the disc does not show any arrow indicating the direction of the turn, please follow the direction of the diamond in the segment.

. This is identified by a comet " head and tail ". The head is always placed in front.

. Please, remember that if the disc is placed in the opposite direction of the turn, it will act slowly and will cut materials with difficulty.

. Follow the recommendations of the Manufacturer and in case you are not sure, please take advice before actually buying.

 

. Before placing the disc in the machine, please bear in mind the following :

1- Bearings and axis in perfect working condition

2- Adjustment plates rectified and the recommended diameter for the size of the disc.

3- The brick carrier must run in the right angle, vertically as well horizontally, in relation with the axis of the disc.

4- The rollers must move on the rails without any type of vibration.

5- Belts must be tensed.

6- Motor revolutions and recommended horse power for the diameter of the disc.

7- Refrigeration : the water must fall on the bridles or on the adjustment plates; once the disc is on the move, the water directs it to the cutting spot.

. In case you do not take into account the above recommendations, the following risks exist :

1 - Cracks on or breaking of the plate due to bad state of the axis bearings.

2 - Vibration of the soul

3 - Detachment of the tablets.

4 - Wear out of the central part of the steel soul, swaying of the latter and cuts which are not perfect.

5 - The lack of refrigeration causes detachment of segments

6 - When one uses a disc which is not recommended for the type of material which is being cut, there is a risk for prompt wear out,veiling and burns on the disc tablets.

 In the cases of bad functioning of the disc due to careless treatment, the Manufacturer's Guarantee cannot be evoked.
